A Pleasantville cab driver was indicted on Thursday for allegedly leaving the scene of an accident that left an elderly woman dead in Atlantic City last winter.

On December 3, 2011, Bu Do Jo, 88, was crossing the 1300 block of Pacific Avenue right outside her home when investigators say she was struck by a taxicab driven by Jean Sene, 53. Sene allegedly fled the scene and Do Jo was struck by a jitney. She was later pronounced dead.

After the hit-and-run, Sene was stopped by police and charged with traffic and motor vehicle violations, according to investigators. After an investigation, he was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of a fatal accident on December 9. He was then released on $50,000 bail.

On Thursday Sene was indicted for leaving the scene of a fatal accident.
