Even more headache for drivers headed down the shore Friday evening for the long Memorial Day weekend after a bus accident closed a New Jersey road less than a mile from the Ben Franklin Bridge
Police say that an accident involving a bus and two other vehicles caused a pole -- and wires -- to come down forcing the Admiral Wilson Boulevard in Camden to close in both directions for about 4 hours.
Traffic was backed up all the way to the Ben Franklin Bridge.
As of 8:40 p.m., all eastbound lanes were reopened and as well as two westbound lanes, according to Camden County Police.
PSE&G says that 3100 people in Camden lost power for a few hours following the accident.
Injuries are unknown at this time.
