Three suspects are caught on surveillance video, entering a private residence around 3 a.m. on February 12.
Police say the suspects spent several minutes inside the home on the 1700 block of North 19th Street, and then walked out carrying a 50 inch flat screen television.
On the video, you can see the suspects scale a small fence while carrying the TV.
