Alleged Burglar Caught Cooking Chicken

Jose Nicolas DeGracia got a little too comfy when he allegedly broke into an Easton home over the weekend.

He took some time to cut his hair, take a shower, had a few beers and was frying up some chicken and watching TV, according to police, when the homeowner walked in.

DeGracia threw a rock through a front door window to get inside, according to police.

While he was cleaning up, they say he also rummaged through the rooms, leaving items scattered throughout the house and turning family photos face down, according to The Morning Call.

Police say he even put on some clothes and shoes that belonged to the homeowner's grandson.

DeGracia faces burglary, criminal trespass and other charges.

He is being held on $15,000 bail.
