Truck Located in Del. Homicide Case

Details of the cause of death are not being released while Delaware State Police investigate

The death of Ronald Hardy, 56, of New Castle, is now being called a homicide, according to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.

Hardy's body was found around 9 a.m. on Sunday April 22 at the Delaware Truck Plaza on South Dupont Highway in New Castle, police said.

On Monday, a surveillance picture was released by investigators that shows the victim's missing truck exiting the Delaware Truck Plaza around 10:00 p.m. Saturday night.

Troopers found the missing truck on Tuesday, police announced, but they aren't releasing details of how it was recovered since it's an active investigation.
