A boat blocked the middle of busy I-95 Friday night, according to state police.
Chopper 10 was over the Port Richmond section of Philadelphia around where a boat somehow came loose from its tow and wound up in the middle of the southbound lanes near Allegheny around 9 p.m.
Traffic backed up as police and a tow truck tried to figure out how to get if off the highway.
No injuries were reported.
