Yet another bear was bumbling through a neighborhood in New Jersey.
Police in Ridgewood said they were monitoring the brown bear that traipsed through someone's yard and munched on seed from a bird feeder about 11 a.m.
The bear has since moved into neighboring Waldwick, according to the department.
It's the latest in a string of bear sightings in the Garden State in recent days. Last week, a baker said a black bear smashed her SUV's window and ate two dozen cupcakes in the car for a delivery the next morning.
And on May 1, a rogue bruin was finally taken into custody after a nearly 30-hour jaunt through Paramus and Ridgewood backyards, some fence-hopping and a trip near a school. That bear was tranquilized and brought to a safe habitat.
Animal control warns residents that garbage cans attract bears, so keep garbage containers in a garage or basement, and only take it out on garbage day. And wash your containers frequently.
