A man is in critical condition after a barbershop shooting in Philadelphia.
A gunman tried to rob the barbershop in the 7400 block of Briar Street in the West Oak Lane section of the city.
It happened around 6pm Thursday.
The shop owner shot the suspect, who is now hospitalized in critical condition.
The shooting was self-defense, police said.
