Reward Offered for Backpack Murder Suspect

Woman sought in Chester Co. robbery, killing

A $2,500 reward was offered Tuesday for information leading to the apprehension of an 18-year-old woman who was allegedly involved in the robbery and murder of a man last month in Chester County.

Two men were already charged with killing a Guatemalan immigrant for his backpack last month and admitted killing 22-year-old Selvin Mamerto Lopez-Mauricio, Phoenixville Police said.

But Monique Robinson of the 700 block of W Bridge Street in Phoenixville remained on the loose as of Tuesday.

The other two suspect, 20-year-old Saleem Williams of the 200 block of Greenwood Road in Sharon Hill, Pa. and 23-year-old Stephen Reidler of the unit black of Sacco Road in Linfield, Pa. allegedly accosted Lopez-Mauricio around 12:40 a.m. on Sept 14, investigators said.

Robinson was allegedly implicated by the suspects as being involved in the incident, cops said.

Anyone with knowledge of Robinson’s whereabouts should call Phoenixville Police.
