Hamilton Police have made an arrest in a fatal hit-and-run.
It happened Thursday at 11:09 p.m. in Hamilton Township. Police say Erix(not a typo) Yuman, 37, of Hamilton, was driving a Ford truck east on Nottingham Way and approaching North Johnston Avenue.
As he was driving, police say Isaiah Harris, 29, also of Hamilton, was attempting to enter his parked vehicle. As Yuman's truck passed Harris, the passenger side mirror struck him in the head, according to police. Yuman allegedly continued driving away from the scene of the crash.
Harris was taken to Capital Health System-Fuld Campus where he was pronounced dead.
Investigators located Yuman's vehicle in front of his home. He was arrested and charged with knowingly leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident resulting in death. His bail was set at $150,000.
