Authorities in suburban Philadelphia say an elderly man repeatedly molested a girl who slept over at his house.
Eighty-five-year-old Joseph Budick is charged with five counts each of indecent assault and involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child.
Plymouth Township police say Budick sexually abused the girl whenever she stayed with him between 2005 and 2008.
Police and Montgomery County prosecutors announced the charges on Friday, the day after Budick was arraigned.
A preliminary hearing is set for April 22. Budick's lawyer did not immediately return a request for comment.
