A 7-year-old girl who was riding a scooter across the street was hit by a motorcycle on Thursday night, police tell NBC10.
The accident happened on the 9200 block of Annapolis Road in Northeast Philadelphia at 7:30 p.m.
Police say the driver of the motorcycle stayed on the scene of the accident, but say that driver did not have a license.
The young girl was airlifted to Children's Hospital in critical condition.
