A 50-year-old man is in critical condition after being struck by a dirt bike Sunday.
Crews reponded to the 4300 block of North 5th Street just after 2:30 p.m. where the pedestrian was hit by an 18-year-old female riding a dirt bike or motorcyle.
He was transported to Albert Einstein Medical Center with injuries to his upper chest and left leg and is in critical condition.
The driver sustained injuries to her jaw and was transported to Saint Christoper's Hospital in stable condition.
Police say the vehicle was removed from the scene by the time officers arrived.
