4th Day of Jury Selection in Rutgers Suicide Trial

Jury pool is down to 78, as the selection process continues Thursday

The lengthy jury selection process continues Thursday in the trial of a former Rutgers student accused of using a web cam to spy on his roommate's intimate encounter with another man.

This marks the fourth day of jury selection for the trial of Dharun Ravi.

The 19-year-old is charged with invasion of privacy, bias intimidation and evidence and witness tampering.

Ravi's roommate, Tyler Clementi, killed himself in September 2010, days after the alleged spying. That touched off national conversations about the bullying of young gays and cyberbullying.

After Wednesday's questioning of prospective jurors, the jury pool is down to 78.

But it's not clear when 16 jurors, including four alternates, will be chosen to hear the case.
