$40M Project Proposed for Station Square in Paoli

A roughly $40 million mixed-use project is being proposed on the site of an old, nearly vacant office complex adjacent to the Paoli Train Station.

Linden Lane Capital Partners of Philadelphia is seeking to raze four buildings on the site at 37 North Valley Road and construct three, 4-story apartments structures that would have a small amount of professional office space and parking.

The complex would have 153 apartments and target the high-end of the market.

The proposed development is going through the approval process in Tredyffrin.

The township’s planning commission did recommend the supervisors support the proposal based on the developer meeting certain conditions such as providing storm water management and making streetscape improvements, as well as leaving enough of a right-of-way that would help in an eventual realignment of North Valley Road and Darby Road Bridge, according to township documents.
