A Maryland man and two Virginia men along with a fourth from New Jersey are facing charges after a shooting near the shore.
The Ocean County prosecutor's office said Friday Sean Harmon of Hyattsville, Maryland, is charged with shooting Dylan Satorius, of Barnegat. Satorious was taken to a hospital in Atlantic City and is in critical condition.
Authorities say Tyrone Lane and Roger Lucas, both of Winchester, Virginia, face burglary charges. George Burke, of Barnegat, is charged with receiving stolen property.
Officials say Harmon and Lucas were arguing with Satorius before the men separated; Harmon later returned and shot Satorius.
Police arrested Lucas and Lane during a traffic stop after investigating the scene.
Harmon was arrested at Burke's house.
Authorities charged the out-of-state men with other burglaries in the area.
