Wilmington police have charged a man with attempted murder after three people were hurt during a robbery attempt.
Police say about 6 a.m. Monday, a man with severe head injuries and stab wounds to his torso went to a fire station for help.
Officers found a woman with head injuries in the man's home. Both were in critical condition at Christiana Hospital.
Officers say a second woman with head injuries went to St. Francis Hospital.
Police say 36-year-old Michael Brown, who had no known address, entered the home and assaulted the three people with a deadly weapon. He was arrested several hours after the incident.
