New Castle County Police seized more than 100 bags of heroin and arrested three people after a SWAT team raided a home.
Police say an investigation led them to a home on Rose Lane. After getting a search warrant, officers raided the home on Tuesday afternoon. All residents eventually left the home.
Twenty-six-year-old Devon Reed was charged with felony possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance. His brother, 24-year-old Dale Reed, was arrested on outstanding warrants in connection with an alleged domestic incident in July.
The Reeds' cousin, 28-year-old Randell Shipley, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child after police found that her 6-year-old daughter lived in the house.
