3 7-11s Robbed in 2 Hours

Police say the two armed men both armed with silver revolvers are wanted for allegedly robbing three Philadelphia 7-11s overnight.

Police are looking for two men in connection with the robberies of three Philadelphia 7-11s in just two hours early Tuesday morning.

The robberies happened at the 7-11s on Elmwood Avenue in the Eastwick Section of the city, 42nd and Walnut in University City and Whitby Avenue in Kingsessing between the hours of midnight and 2 a.m.

Investigators say that the two suspects entered the stores armed with silver revolvers. In one case, they robbed a customer before pulling a gun on an employee.

"He just just give me the money. Put it in the bag and give me the money. The guy got nervous and he just took the whole register," said Shahzad Malik.

Police tell NBC10 they are looking for two black males. One is 6'3" with dark skin wearing a light blue hooded sweatshirt. The second is 6-foot wearing blue jeans and a gray hoodie.

In at least one of the robberies, the men made off with an undisclosed amount of money.

Malik believes surveillance video may have captured the crimes.
