Photo Released of Suspect in Shooting, Robbery Outside Chinese Restaurant

Philadelphia Police released a surveillance photo of a man who allegedly shot and robbed two men in the Port Richmond section of the city over the weekend.

Police say a 25-year-old and 29-year-old man left a Chinese restaurant on the 3600 block of Frankford Avenue around 1:20 a.m. on Sunday when they were approached by two gunmen.

Police say one of the gunmen immediately shot the 25-year-old in the neck, causing him to fall to the ground. The gunman then said, "give me what's in your pockets" to the 29-year-old victim, according to police.

Police say the gunman then took the 29-year-old man's wallet and fired another shot, striking him in the head. Both suspects then fled the scene.

The victims were taken to Temple Hospital where they are currently in guarded condition.

Police describe the first gunman as a thin black male between the ages of 18 and 20 with tattoos on his face.(pictured)They also say he was wearing a green coat with a hooded sweatshirt. Police have not yet released a description of the second suspect.
