Dover Police have arrested two men after bullets hit a car occupied by two women.
Officers responded to a complaint of shots fired about 12:35 a.m. Monday on North Kirkwood Street. Police found two bullet holes in the driver's side of a car occupied by two women.
Police saw another car speed away from the scene and followed it. Authorities say the car crashed into a mulch pile and two occupants fled on foot. The occupants were arrested a short time later.
Twenty-seven-year-old Tomas Gordon of Felton and 25-year-old Brandon McDonald, who police say is homeless, were each charged with possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony and other offenses.
