Mother, Son Reported Missing in Del. River Found Safe

Rescue crews say a mother and her son who were reported missing while tubing in the Delaware River Saturday night have been found safe.

Investigators say the 10-year-old boy and his mother were reported missing in area of Walter Lane in Point Pleasant, Bucks County shortly before 9 p.m.

Police say the pair were separated from their family. When they never showed up the father called police.

After two hour search, rescue crews found their tubes on the New Jersey side of the river. A few minutes later the pair was found walking in the woods.
