Two young children were among seven people hurt when a car and a sport utility vehicle collided on a northern New Jersey roadway.
West Milford police say the crash on Marshall Hill Road occurred around 3:35 p.m. Saturday.
Authorities tell The Record that the SUV's driver, a 17-year-old Vernon Township boy, was making a turn when he apparently cut in front of the car.
The man driving the car and a woman who was sitting in the front seat both suffered head injuries and were taken to a hospital. But further details on their conditions were not disclosed.
The four other passengers in the car, a 5-year-old girl, a 3-year-old boy and two adults, were all treated at hospitals for undisclosed minor injuries.
