New Castle County Police have charged a man with attempted murder of another man during a robbery.
Authorities say on Jan. 20, officers responding to a report of a shooting at the Castlebrook Apartments in New Castle found a 20-year-old man with multiple gunshot wounds to his torso.
The man was taken to Christiana Hospital.
On Friday, police arrested 18-year-old Deshaun Northern of New Castle. He is charged with attempted murder and other offenses in the shooting.
