A 16 year old boy was shot and killed shortly before midnight on Friday night.
Police found him at 1513 North Frazer Street in the city's Kingsessing neighborhood.
Homicide detectives are looking into a motive and looking for suspects.
Sadly, this marks the city's 291st homicide of the year.
