A warrant was issued for a 15-year-old boy who is wanted in connection with the murder of a National Guardsman, Philadelphia police said.
Police are searching for Antoinne Russell who they say shot and killed 18-year old soldier Terrence “TJ” Davis.
Private First Class Davis had been home from boot camp for just one week when he was caught in the crossfire at 40th and Ludlow Street in University City.
