Police are on the scene of a double shooting at 63rd and Catherine Street in West Philadelphia.
One man was killed, and detectives say a second man is in stable condition at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
Police say one of the men was shot inside a car.
The double shooting happened not too far from a park where kids were playing.
