An off-duty Darby Borough Police officer was shot in his Delaware County home Saturday.
The incident occurred on the 600 block of Magnolia Street in Glenolden around 4:30 p.m., officials said.
Neighbors told NBC10 the officer was shot by his girlfriend and police have visited the couple's home several times over the past few months for domestic issues.
A woman was taken from the home in handcuffs, but it is unclear if she is the man's girlfriend.
No word yet on the victim's condition.
