1 Dead After North Philadelphia Triple Shooting

2 others in critical condition at Temple University Hospital

One man is dead and two others are in critical condition after a triple shooting in North Philadelphia early Sunday morning.

Police say that the shooting took place at around 1 a.m. at the intersection of 5th and Norris Streets. A 23-year-old man was pronounced dead at Temple University Hospital after being shot at least twice in the chest. 

Investigators say that another man was shot at least twice in the groin and crashed his car at the intersection of 11th and Norris Streets while trying to drive to the hospital. He was later taken by medics to Temple University Hospital, where he is described as being in critical condition.

The third shooting victim, a 19-year-old man, managed to drive himself to Episcopal Hospital after being shot in his left side. He was later transferred to Temple Hospital and was also listed in critical condition.

None of the victims' identities have been released, and no arrests have yet been made.
