Why Garlic's Good for You

All those myths about garlic?  Forget them.  Researchers have finally discovered what garlic's good for, and why.

Chemists at Canada's Queen's University found that it's not what's in garlic, but what happens to it after you eat it.

At first, they didn't find any elements in garlic that accounted for its reputation as a strong antioxidant.  They they learned that the antioxidant properties of the herb were only released once the garlic starts to decompose.

In fact, they now believe that decomposing garlic is the strongest antioxidant the in world.
