Research done by the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia has found that many underage kids are driving cars!
According to the study by CHOP, 25 percent of high school freshmen, sophomores and juniors have driven without a license.

The study found that unlicensed teens were more likely to drink alcohol and drive and be involved in fatal crashes.
