Time for the first big weigh-in for our "Be a 10 in 10 Weeks" challengers.

One DJ who has already lost more than 100 pounds and just needs to drop another 20.

One Businesswoman who never saw a sweet she didn't like, wants to lose 25 pounds and start living a healthier lifestyle.

One Blogger who is tired of being big and wants to shave off at least 50 pounds, 80 would be the ultimate.

One Model who just wants to convert 10 pounds of fat to solid muscle to get back that model body.

We found four highly motivated people to take our "Be a 10 in 10 Weeks" weight loss challenge and we hooked them up with personal trainer and coach, Gavin McKay. He's putting them through a grueling boot camp and we're tracking their progress every week.

So after Week One, here's how the challengers weighed in:

Q102 DJ Nicole Michalik took the early lead. She's lost 6 pounds and logged six workouts, the most of any competitor. Her weight now is 186. Nicole has the most dramatic weight-loss history. She was on the NBC reality TV show, The Biggest Loser and lost more than 100 pounds. On her DJ page, she talks about her "really crazy workouts" and her tweets are really fun.

Hughe Dillon is in second place. He worked out four times and weighed in at 292, which means he has lost 5 pounds. Hughe burns the candles at both ends with his day job as a paralegal and night time job as celebrity blogger. He's posting updates about his Be a 10 challenge on his PhillyChitChat Web site.

Male model and interior designerJoe Matthews got off to a slower start than the competition because he had a death in the family, traveled cross country for his Aunt's funeral and ate enough fast food along the way to put on a pound. But after three workouts, Joe lost 3 pounds, weighing in at 182.

Megan R. Smith is a busy woman who runs her own PR company, Brownstone PR. She got in five workouts and dropped 1.5 pounds, weighing in at 183. Twitter followers know all about her first mistake.

Fitness is Gavin McKay's forte. He owns his own gym, Fusion Cross Training and is not a quick-fix kind of guy. He's a big believer in healthy living. Along with his workouts and coaching, Gavin is equipping our challengers (and you!) with other fitness tips including his Eating Principles, like the one simple "Secret" to fat loss and why you shouldn't judge food by its size or drinks by their color.
