For 10 weeks, they're working with a personal trainer, following an exercise routine and a healthier diet. We've got PhillyChitChat's celebrity blogger, Hughe Dillon, Q102 DJNicole Michalik who has already shed more than 100 pounds on The Biggest Loser, fashion model, Joe Matthews who owns his own interior design company and entrepreneur, Megan R. Smith runs her own Public Relations business.

The task master for this adventure is Gavin McKay, personal trainer and coach. Last week you got to meet our four challengers and hear about all their goals. This week, we're off!  It's the first week of the challenge.
