The End of Paper Eagles Tickets?

The Philadelphia Eagles will not be issuing paper season tickets this season, and instead are turning to e-tickets.

Laini DeLawter, the Eagles vice president of ticket and fan services, said season ticket holders will get an email from the team containing account information, which will replace the Fed-Ex package containing game tickets they received during the summer in the past.

Fans will be able to access their accounts beginning May 19, she said.

After that date, DeLawter said, fans will be able to print tickets at home, download them on to their smart phones that can be scanned at the gate or transfer them to friends and family electronically. Read more about this story on PBJ.com.
