West Pharma’s 3Q income up 9%

West Pharmaceutical Services Inc., a Lionville manufacturer of drug delivery systems, reported third-quarter net income of $13.3 million, up from $12.2 million a year ago, and slightly reduced its full-year earnings outlook.
