Tribunal suspends Judge Berry for four months

HARRISBURG - Willis W. Berry Jr., a Philadelphia Common Pleas Court judge who ran a real-estate business out of his chambers for more than a decade, will be suspended for four months without pay, a state disciplinary tribunal ruled yesterday.
