In a decision he said was "based on facts, not reputation or innuendo," a Superior Court judge in Atlantic County yesterday gave reputed mob soldier Anthony Nicodemo a four-year suspended sentence and fined him $10,000 for his role in an illegal bookmaking operation run out of the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City.
