Pa. Medicaid gets $5.58M from Cephalon settlement

Pennsylvania's Medicaid program will receive $5.58 million from a $425 million national settlement of off-label drug marketing charges by Cephalon Inc. of Frazer, the Pennsylvania Attorney General's office said today.
