PA gives companies, agencies “clean energy” millions

PA Gov. Rendell gives away $12 million in new "alternative clean energy projects", including a Chester County training center, a Chester City geothermal and solar apartment-heating project, photovoltaic cells for Centocor, and $1 million for a Philadelphia school geothermal project.
