Owner of Pa. steel plants mulls Spanish shutdown

ArcelorMittal, the world's largest steelmaker, which has operations in Pennsylvania, may send home as many as 12,000 employees in Spain - its entire workforce in the country - for the rest of the year, Bloomberg News reported today.
