Foulke Management Corp., a South Jersey owner of auto dealerships, agreed to pay $450,000 to settle a 2006 lawsuit that alleged the company had violated New Jersey's Consumer Fraud Act, motor vehicle advertising regulations and the Used Car Lemon Law, plus a prior voluntary compliance agreement, the state said today.
