Leagues appeal Del. betting case, ask court for quick resolution

DOVER, Del. - Attorneys for professional sports leagues and the NCAA asked a federal appeals court yesterday to decide quickly whether Delaware's plan to allow betting on games should be halted before a trial can be held.
