U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Jean K. FitzSimon said yesterday that a Pittsburgh law firm representing unsecured creditors of Philadelphia Newspapers L.L.C. should investigate an alleged unauthorized recording of a November meeting between company officials and other lenders.
