In Phila. area, gas prices up 1 cent

The average for a gallon of gas was unchanged overnight at the national level ($2.43) and in South Jersey ($2.30), but was up 1 cent in the five-county Philadelphia area (to $2.48), according to AAA Mid-Atlantic.
