Platinum Health Care L.L.C., a nursing home company headquartered in Skokie, Ill., has purchased the Main Line Nursing and Rehabilitation Home and the Haverford Nursing and Rehabilitation Home for just under $12 million, according to Jacob D. Gehl, of Marcus & Millichap, which represented the seller.
