Dear Harry: Please give me some direction to get heat in my apartment. It sometimes gets so cold that I must go to my daughter's house to stay warm. I always have to wear a warm woolen sweater and often a blanket on top. I complained numerous times to the real-estate broker. He sent in a plumber who said that the heater was in good shape. My thermostat is in a locked compartment, so I can't set it higher. I paid about $110 for gas for heating and cooking last month.
