Dear Harry: I am the administrative assistant for a small private school. Over the years, I have watched as we sent invoices to families who were in arrears for tuition. Rarely do we get a response, let alone a payment. Is there a way we could report the unpaid fees to credit-reporting agencies? This might prevent some people from buying a house or a car and force them to settle with us to clear up their credit report. Any ideas you have would be helpful.
