Dear Harry: We have a strange situation. Two weeks ago, we signed an agreement to buy a nice house in the suburbs. We recently drove past it, and we saw a sign for an "open house" that afternoon. We were stunned. Isn't our contract legally binding on both the seller and the buyer? Are they allowed to do this?
