Farm lobby demands tax break for tooting cows, burping pigs

Dairy, beef and hog farm lobbyists worry the Environmental Protection Agency is scheming to use the Clean Air Act to impose fees on the, um, greenhouse gases emitted in large quantities at both ends of the typical farm animal.
