Exelon sweetens NRG offer as it speeds PA shut-offs

Exelon Corp. has boosted its hostile offer to buy Princeton-based NRG Corp. Separately, the Peco Energy owner has speeded shut-offs of poor Pennsylvania customers who aren't paying their bills.
